Welding

    In the beginning Szakálfém LLC. has only dealt with carbonized steel tank welding for railway and other uses. With changes in requirements the complex construction of stainless-steel tanks has come into the forefront.

Our welding factory has the required contractor certification according to railway specifications, and can perform and document VT and PT examinations in its own authority.

At our new site we have built a modern welding factory with separate boxes, based on Fronuis type Trans Tig and Magic Wave machines. We have specific devices for length-weld creation, capable of max. 2100mm long welds.

Only qualified welders can work in our factory, and our employees performing welding supervision are continuously trained in their tasks.
